Rovala provides doorstep RO water purifier services in and around Ranchi, Jharkhand: repair, general servicing, filter and membrane replacement, and installation. We do not provide unrelated plumbing or general cleaning services.

• A booking request is created when you submit it online. It shows as “Received” until Rovala confirms the service and requested time.
• Confirmation and scheduling happen in order of receipt; we do not guarantee a same-day visit.
• The preferred date and time slot you choose is a preference; the confirmed slot is the one shown in your booking status.

Rovala operates on a pay-after-service model: no advance payment is required or accepted to book. Payment (cash or UPI) is made at your doorstep after the service is completed, against an itemized invoice. Any additional work not in the original booking is explained and agreed with you before it is performed.

• Provide an accurate mobile number and service address
• Ensure someone is present and the RO unit is accessible at the visit time
• Let the technician inspect the unit before authorizing work

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovala’s liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for damage to the unit caused by pre-existing faults, misuse, or unauthorized modifications made after our visit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand having exclusive jurisdiction. This page is subject to final legal review by the business owner before launch.
